WEEKLY “ALL CARGO” AIR SERVICE
FROM ANCONA (AOI) TO DENEPOPETROVSK (Ukraine)
The company Primat, in collaboration with the company CSD TALEVI SRL, offers weekly cargo service from Ancona (the R. Sanzio Airport) to Denepopetrvsk (Ukraine).
CsD Talevi Srl is the interface of Primat Tour in Italy, responsible for coordinating the pick-up of the cargo at the warehouse of the Falconara-Ancona Airport and assisting with the customs procedures for embarkation.
The final client in the Ukraine arranges with Primat for pick-up from Italy/Europe/the World, up to the client’s address in the Ukraine, at which point Primat assigns our structure to carry out the pick-up, though once steady relations have been established, the suppliers contact our airport office directly to communicate that the cargo is available; depending on the specific instructions given by the final client, we pick up the cargo using the usual couriers (DHL-TNT-Bartolini-Fedex) or cars specifically assigned to the operation, handling the customs clearance and consigning the cargo to the Airport Cargo Warehouse, ready for embarkation.
The cargo can arrive directly (FOB service) at the cargo warehouse of the Falconara Airport or, otherwise, it must be picked up by the foreign client (EXW service).
In the first case, it is best that the shipping company inform both us and the warehouse of the arrival of the cargo, sending an e-mail to: cargo@ancona-airport.com and to our office aoi@csdtalevi.it, and making sure that the documentation for the cargo complies with the commonly known DIRECTIVES listed below.
In the second case, we ask that you please consult the procedures indicated below to ensure proper and rapid pick-up:

For cargo to be accepted at the Cargo Warehouse of the Ancona-Falconara Airport, it must be accompanied by the proper documentation. The different cases are explained below:
