We fill all the logistics needs of the importer, including the storage and warehousing of dry or frozen cargo, unloading, labelling, packaging and national or international shipping.

The container customs department oversees the importing of frozen food products on behalf of the leading companies of central Italy.

Given the distinctive characteristics of such traffic, our personnel follow the containers from the arrival of the ship to delivery at the client’s storage facility.

• Insurance of the cargo with our insurance broker
• Customs consulting for precise determination of the combined headings and with the documentation required for any beneficial rates
• Consulting on veterinary questions (specie accepted, authorised facilities, labelling and precise commercial title)
• Tracking of the journey from the port of embarkation to arrival
• Release at the navigation company
• Presentation of documentation at the veterinary office of the Border Inspection Point
• Performance of veterinary examinations, with the load moved to the Border Inspection Point
• ssistance with sampling/analysis activities at the Animal Prophylaxis Institute
• Presentation of the import certificate at customs and assistance in the case of inspection of the nature of the cargo
• Delivery of the container at the storage facility indicated by the transporting firm to our shipper.
