Located on the second floor of the new Ticketing Centre of the Port of Ancona, our maritime office serves as the representative of shipping companies, thanks to a staff of expert operators who work side by side with the designated maritime agent. The activities of the Maritime Office focus primarily on cargo, but it also has experience with the management of passenger booking and ticketing. The designated maritime agent brings to bear thirty years of experience in expediting the full range of maritime procedures regarding the docking, launching and departure of cargo or passenger ships at the Port of Ancona.

Designated Maritime Agency
The Maritime Office makes possible fully computerised management of ticketing, passenger and cargo booking and the issuing of tickets and bills of lading. Our staff also offers a wide variety of accessory services customised for a multiethnic clientele: we manage the logistics of tractor-trailers on behalf of numerous foreign transporters, we handle the national and international positioning / traction of trailers / containers, we reserve space on ships, we provide assistance with the bunkering of ships, fishing boats or leisure vessels, as well as the embarkation of unaccompanied vehicles and we handle the procedures required for the embarkation of exceptional vehicles or hazardous cargo (ADR).

Assistance with Loading and Unloading
Designed for transport agencies or individual carriers that wish to delegate to our company the management of administrative procedures and the logistical organisation of loading and unloading operations off of and onto ships docked at the Port of Ancona.

The trailers travel on the ships without the tractors, for obvious economic reasons; our company handles the loading and unloading from the ship, or the delivery and the loading of the merchandise onto the trailers using our cars, or it coordinates the fleet of the client company.

Passenger Ticketing
Thanks to lengthy, in-depth experience in the management of regularly scheduled passenger ships to Greece, we can provide the know-how needed to handle passenger ticketing, as well as the issue of B/L for cargo transports.
