CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora)

These functionaries, depending on the policies of the Ministry of Agricultural and Forestry, are in charge of the physical verification of goods, for exportation, ascertaining their origin in accordance with the documentation presented.

These controls are also obligatory in the event of the importation of game or other animals, in order to verify that said do not appear on the aforementioned list of the Convention of Washington.
